Deniz Akalın, a distinguished legal professional graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, admitted to the Bar of Istanbul in 2005 and a Registered Trademark Attorney in Turkish Patent and Trademark Office since the same year. With a wealth of experience acquired through tenure in leading IP and Law Firms in Istanbul, she has earned acclaim for her patience and a professional philosophy rooted in the principles of deep learning.

Her journey is enriched by an MA degree in Marketing Communication (in 2013), a facet of her education that empowers her to comprehend clients' needs holistically in the realm of trademark management. She firmly believes that IP services go beyond routine tasks such as filing applications or oppositions. The safeguarding of literary and artistic works, software, and databases, performances, television broadcasts, sound recordings, legal proceedings concerning unfair competition or advertising breaches before the Ministry of Trade's Advertising Board and the Turkish Advertising Self-Regulatory Board, along with Trademark and Industrial Design applications, counterparty statements, oppositions, registry actions, customs protection and proceedings, license agreements, portfolio management, and a myriad of litigation scenarios arising from Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Media Law and Copyright Law.
