Mert Kara

Mr. Mert Kara, a graduate of Yeditepe University, is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2020. He has completed his legal internship in Akalın Law in 2020.

Mert Kara has extensive experience of criminal law, involving especially on drug offenses, organizational crimes and banking crimes. Besides that, Mr. Kara is also experienced in intellectual property law, mostly in industrial designs and trademarks.

Mr. Kara offers legal counsel to both domestic and international clients on disputes arising from diverse domains, representing them in court, and providing legal reviews and opinions. Additionally, he provides consultancy services on tax law, lease disputes, commercial disputes, and contract law. He is specialized in crafting various commercial agreements, such as service agreements, license agreements, rental agreements, and other contractual arrangements for the clients.
